86-year-old male, lymphoma staging. 12.5mCi F-18 FDG was injected intravenously. CT and PET images were acquired on a Canon Medical Systems Celesteion™ PUREViSION Edition PET/CT scanner after a 90 minute uptake period.
Scan shows abnormal cervical, thoracic, axillary, abdominal, pelvic, and inguinal adenopathy. Extensive lymphomatous uptake.

68-year-old female with BMI of 38.3. Biopsy proven right-sided breast cancer. Referred for initial staging.
16.6mCi F-18 FDG was injected intravenously. Low dose CT and PET images were acquired on a Canon Medical Systems Celesteion™ PUREViSION Edition PET/CT scanner after a 60 minute uptake period.
The hypermetabolic density extending from the right breast areola represents the patient's primary breast malignancy. Metastatic disease is seen in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast.
