Canon Medical Systems' Infinix-i systems offers several options to assist with guidance of catheters and devices during fluoroscopy.
2D Roadmap of a Carotid Artery performed using Mask Select of an image from a previous run
2D Roadmap of a Right Internal Carotid Artery
2D Roadmap frontal view of a Left Mandibular Tumor
Infinix™-i system, with flat panel technology utilizing Digitally Subtracted Angiography (DSA), is ideal for neurointerventional procedures.
DSA acquisition of the Right Internal Carotid Artery lateral cranium view
DSA acquisition of the Right Internal Carotid Artery lateral neck view
DSA acquisition of a tumor in a lateral projection
Infinix-i cardiovascular imaging using the 12" × 16" Flat Panel Detector, can be used in either the portrait or landscape mode, making the system versatile for a wide range of procedures.
DSA of the Abdominal Aorta utilizing CO2
DSA of the Aortoiliac arteries utilizing CO2
Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Stent Injection visualizing Varices
Infinix-i system flexibility allows for finger tip to finger tip coverage while maintaining heads up imaging utilizing a rotating collimator.
2D Roadmap image of the Left Superficial Femoral Artery
2D Roadmap image of an embolization in the trifurcation of the lower leg
2D Roadmap image of the Left Basilic Vein
Infinix-i system flexibility allows for finger tip to finger tip coverage while maintaining heads up imaging utilizing a rotating collimator.
Right arm arteriovenous fistula injection
DSA of Right Basilic Vein with in-stent stenosis
DSA of the Left Superficial Femoral Arteriovenous Fistula
With this technique, stepping table movement is used to chase a bolus of contrast down the lower extremities. Up to 8 stages / 7 steps are available to match the range of patient heights. The Dynamic Stepping image is displayed in subtraction in real-time during acquisition.
FPD 12" × 16" panel may be used in either Portrait mode or Landscape mode, depending on patient size.
During post-processing, the operator may choose the Panoramic View to stitch the stepping stages together, creating a single contiguous image of the lower extremity vasculature.
• DSA Stepping with 12" x 16" FPD in Portrait mode
• Panoramic View is used to stitch the stepping stages together creating a single contiguous image of the lower extremity vasculature
• Landscape mode 12" x 16" FPD during DSA stepping of the lower extremities
